Louise is an experienced radiotherapy professional with over 15 years’ expertise in advanced radiotherapy techniques and service delivery, including the treatment of both malignant and benign conditions. Throughout her career, she has worked across complex treatment pathways, ensuring the safe, accurate, and effective planning and delivery of modern radiotherapy for a wide range of tumour sites and selected benign indications.
In addition to strong clinical skills, Louise has extensive experience in management and leadership, including service development, pathway optimisation, and supporting teams through change. A committed team player, she works closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to drive high standards, improve efficiency, and maintain a culture of continuous quality improvement.
